Introduction:

M Pearson Property Renovations was established in 2007 by myself, Mark Pearson. I am based in Whitefield, North Manchester but travel throughout the North West of England.

My intention was to create a building and renovating firm that is versatile and able to complete a project in its entirety, from plastering and joinery through to the finishing touches of painting and decorating ... whilst still retaining traditional values of workmanship, integrity, fair pricing and the ability to care for a client's needs and wishes.

Working with a client throughout the design process enables excellent customer relationships to become established; relationships based upon openness and trust which are strengthened by an ability to be flexible. This in turn enables us to create an end product that meets a client's expectations.

Such values and work ethics are consistent and are present for every project, small or large. The same service is delivered for a simple maintenance job as it would be for a full house renovation.
